    Robert is a retired career US Army Officer with over 23 years experience and holds a BA in Business Management from The University of North Carolina. As a career Army enlisted soldier and officer, Robert has served across the globe in a host of positions. These assignments include deployments to Africa and Iraq, Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Leader, Company Commander, Special Forces Chemical Reconnaissance Detachment (CRD) Commander, Battalion Operations Officer, and numerous Special Program/Project assignments. Robert draws on his vast experience in the training of Military and Law Enforcement units to help develop and implement solutions for real world training needs. As the Former Chief Operations Officer, Global Training Initiatives. Oversaw the day-to-day operations of a 25,000 square foot indoor Police/Military training facility/shoot house. Robert Trained students in Close Quarter Battle (CQB), Mechanical Breaching, and CBRN to include Clandestine Drug/Explosive Labs. Robert Developed and instrumented the Live Agent Training Program with the Defense, Research and Development Canada. Wrote, devised, and conducted realistic training scenarios and classroom instruction to include: Identification, Detection, Sampling, Explosive Render Safe and Decontamination of Live Agents to include Nerve, Blister, Radiation Sources and Biological. Administered and performed Live Agent Training for US Special Operations Command, US Marine Corps Chemical, Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF), US Army Technical Escort (TEU), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), US Secret Service and other Federal/State agencies. Provided new equipment training to include; Personal Protection Ensemble (PPE), Decontamination Systems, Blast Mitigation Systems and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Robots. Presently Robert is working in 3D STS as our senior instructor on Chemical, Biological, and Personal Protection.
